Andrew StromanAndrew Stroman, Vice-President

I grew up in Fostoria, OH two hours north of Columbus. I graduated from Ohio State in 2007 with a Bachelor’s in Aerospace Engineering. I also met my wife Mallori while attending Ohio State. I then accepted a position with Boeing and we moved to Seattle after college.  In 2011 we moved to Charleston, SC where I still work as an engineer for Boeing. We love all things Ohio State related and try to attend a football game every year. We were most recently at the National Championship game in 2015! Go Bucks!

Barry ThomasBarry Thomas, Treasurer
Board member since 2009.  I’m originally from south-central Pennsylvania but, to the chagrin of my brothers & sister, I’m always decked out in Scarlet & Gray when I visit.  My passion is raising money to support scholarships for Low-country students to attend The Ohio State University.

Becky NidaBecky Nida, Secretary
Becky was born and raised in Columbus, spending many hours on the Ohio State campus exploring Orton Hall, the Ohio Museum, Mirror Lake, etc., from a very young age.  She actually met her husband, Steve, in Ohio Stadium at a time when part of the Psychology Department was housed in the East Stadium and Steve was studying for his PhD. Becky also graduated from Ohio State and most of her family are alumni. After many happy years in Central Ohio, Steve accepted a position at The Citadel and moved the family to the Lowcountry area. Becky found our club as soon as she could and has made friends with many of the club members and enjoys the club’s activities. She feels like she has a little piece of Ohio in the club.
